The Vetri Tamil Nadu Super App was envisioned and developed by the Caseyug Groups UI/UX and App Development team as an initiative to demonstrate what a modern, enterprise-grade civic platform could look like when built with product thinking, design excellence, and scalable engineering at its core.
The brief was ambitious: a single unified digital platform was needed to serve citizens, volunteers, district-level coordinators, and organisational leadership -all with their own distinct workflows, data requirements, and permission levels. The challenge was designing a super app that felt simple and intuitive to every user type, regardless of digital literacy level.
The entire product lifecycle was executed internally -from user research and competitive analysis to information architecture, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and a scalable React Native codebase. The result was a production-ready super app with six core modules, role-based access across three user tiers, and a cross-platform deployment pipeline serving iOS, Android, and responsive web from a single codebase.
