By using our website or choosing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This means you have read and understood them fully.

If you are accepting these terms for a company, you confirm that you have permission to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to everyone who uses our services, including website, software, mobile app, marketing, SEO, and design services.

We provide digital services based on what is agreed in your project plan. Each project will have clear details like work scope, timeline, and cost.

Our services include:

• Website Design & Development
• Software & Web Application Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing
• SEO Services
• Graphic Design

Sometimes, we may work with trusted partners to complete certain parts of the project, but we are always responsible for the final result.

If you want to change the work scope, it should be agreed in writing, and it may affect time and cost.

To help us complete your project on time, we expect you to support us with the following:

• Share correct information, content, and feedback on time.
• Assign one main contact person for communication and approvals.
• Review and respond to our work within the agreed time.
• Make sure all content you give is legally yours to use.
• Keep login details and shared data safe.
• Avoid any actions that disturb the project work.

If these are not followed, it may delay the project or add extra cost, and we are not responsible for such delays.

Payment details will be shared in your project agreement. Normally, these terms apply:

• 50% advance payment before starting the project.
• Remaining 50% payment before final delivery.
• Monthly services are billed in advance.
• Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
• Late payments may include extra charges.
• Work may be paused if payment is delayed.

All prices are in INR and may include taxes as per law.

We require an advance payment before starting any project.

The advance payment is non-refundable because it covers initial planning, research, design, and resource allocation done for your project.

After full payment, you will own all final work created for your project.

The following will still belong to Caseyug:

• Our tools, systems, and working methods.
• Internal processes and knowledge.
• Any unpaid work.
• Open-source items used in the project.

We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you request not to.

You give us permission to use your content only for completing your project.

We keep your business information private, and we expect the same from you.

We will not share any important data without your permission unless required by law.

This rule continues even after the project ends.

If needed, we can sign an NDA before starting the project.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses like profit loss or data issues caused during or after the service.

Our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the project.

We do not guarantee:

• Exact SEO rankings or traffic results.
• Fixed marketing results or revenue.
• No technical errors at all times.
• Third-party tools working without changes.

Some conditions cannot be limited as per law.

Either side can stop the project with proper notice.

We may stop work immediately if:

• Payment is not made on time.
• Any illegal activity is found.
• Wrong information is given.
• Unprofessional behaviour is shown.

You must pay for the work done before stopping the project.

Some rules will still apply even after the project ends.

These terms follow the laws of India.

If any issue happens, we will first try to solve it by discussion.

If not solved, it will go through legal process in Coimbatore.

Legal action may be taken when needed.

We may update these terms anytime.

If you continue using our services, it means you accept the changes.

If you do not agree, you can stop using our services.
